Met Mark at BG O tire center on 7th st in Phoenix , service was professional and expedient. I am very pleased with the attention that was given to me and would recommend that everyone consider Mark and staff for any necessary repairs. Steve

I came in to get the nitrogen topped off for my tires and then had a bunch of questions. They were amazing! Answered all of my questions going above and beyond. I walked away with a better understanding of what needs to happen and a great quote for the work that I need to have done! Will absolutely be back!

Caution: 10/10 would not recommend coming here. Pro Scammers. I came for an oil change and I left with a check engine light on. Before I left the shop, they gave me a list of things I needed to fix which was weird because the car is in pristine shape. Later that day, the light turns on and my car starts stalling out. Mind you, I was driving in the freeway when my engine cut out and I had to pull over. When I popped the hood, I noticed the air intake hose was disconnected. There’s no way the hose could’ve popped off on its own as it was securely attached and not loose. After re-attaching the air flow hose to the engine, the check engine light magically disappeared. On top of all this, one of the guys that “helped” me at this location gave me a call at 7am asking if the car was running fine and if everything was okay and to take it in so they can check it. How convenient. Looking at past reviews, I see they’ve done this multiple times and scammed multiple people out of thousands of hard earned money. It’s pretty scummy and not okay. Never going back.

I had the absolute best experience with this shop thanks to Tim, the mechanic, and AJ, the manager. They fixed my CV axle quickly and professionally, and went above and beyond by helping getting my car off the tow truck when I thought there was no hope! What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared—not just about fixing my car, but about helping me overall. AJ worked with me to keep the costs as low as possible, which meant a lot, and Tim did excellent, honest work and walked me through everything that was wrong with my car, I felt seen as a customer. From start to finish, they made a stressful situation so much easier. This is hands down the best mechanic service I’ve ever had. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, reliable, and genuinely helpful people.

the service from YOUR SHOP was GREAT!!! I would have never known about my struts and how bad they were. Also the fact you did the balancing on my tires. It's sad that 7th st and camelback shop did not mention anything about it nor did they balance my tires and mention that shop to shop don't share info. This shop services was 💯% great Thank you for all your help. AJ was super helpful and kind not to mention very informative about what future parts needs to be worked on. Thank you for all the AWRSOME WORK and HELP you have done
